Top 30 revealed, week two

Top 30 revealed, week two

With the summer in full swing, we will take a look at the Top 30 returning student-athletes. We will run four per week until all 30 have been released in no specific order. Here is the second week.

SOPHOMORE PAUL KOERBEL – Men’s Lacrosse
It didn’t take long for Koerbel to make his presence felt in the Wilmington lineup, making 31 saves in just his third career game. He registered double-saves in 11 of his 14 games. In Wilmington’s win 17-2 win over Defiance, Koerbel saves a season-best 81.8 percent of his shots. He led the OAC with 226 saves and was fourth with a 56.9 save percentage.

SENIOR ALLIE NOGGLE – Softball
Noggle is coming off a down season, hitting .265 on the season. However, she is a year removed from hitting over .300 for the Fightin’ Quakers. The ability to play multiple positions has helped Noggle earn a spot in the Top 30.

SOPHOMORE HANNAH HAESEKER – Women’s Basketball
Haeseker is the top returning rebounder for the Fightin’ Quakers, averaging 4.8 boards per game. She is the second leading returning scorer with 6.4 points per game. The forward reached double figures in scoring seven times in her freshmen campaign, and was the key component in WC’s record-breaking comeback against Marietta.
