    The Wilmington College men’s cross country team played host to the JennaStrong Fall Classic Friday afternoon. The annual meet honors fallen teammate Jenna Parlette who collapsed while in the lead of a race her junior year (2013). The event brought 30 teams, many individual runners, and Wilmington alumni to Wilmington’s campus this year. In the field, the Fightin’ Quakers finished 19th- with all of the scoring members of the team finishing in the top half of the field.

    WARRENVILLE, IL- The Wilmington College men’s cross country team competed at the Benedictine University Eagle Invitational Friday afternoon. The Fightin’ Quakers finished in the top-half of the field, earning seventh-place with 190 points out of 16 teams.

    LOUISVILLE, KY- The Wilmington College men’s cross country team competed in the Louisville Classic Cross Country Meet Saturday. In the ‘Other Division’ category (including both the Gold and Silver events), the Fightin’ Quakers finished 28th with an average time of 28:49.71.

    WILMINGTON- The Wilmington College men’s cross country team claimed second-place in their home tri-meet tonight against Thomas More College and Notre Dame College. The Fightin’ Quakers ran their hearts out and stuck together throughout the 5k course, but it wasn’t enough to surpass first-place team Thomas More who finished the meet 10 points ahead of Wilmington.
